It is vital for good health to keep your thoughts moving freely, like a fast-flowing stream. If we let ourselves dwell on mundane concerns our emotions can become blocked and our spirit disconnected from the flow of universal energy.

To lift your spirit, sit for a few moments each day and focus on your breathing. Concentrate on the good things in life, to keep the currents of positive energy flowing through your being.

If negative thoughts arise, halt them by saying “stop” in your mind. Recall a happy occasion and let that feeling flow through every part of your body.
