You can achieve anything you put your mind to if you have faith in yourself. However, even when you know you can achieve a goal, it is easy to fall prey to negative thoughts. The Angel of Self-Belief can help you regain trust in yourself.

Ask the angel to be present as you say the affirmation out loud -letting go of your worries as you do so. Listen to your body – if what you want to do is right, the thought of it will energise you.
